FACILITIES
Access to a basketball gymnasium, weight room and all of the latest basketball training equipment. In addition to formal training times and practices, our players will have the opportunity to do individual workouts on their own.
STRENGTH TRAINING
Following a regimented approach to strength training is the key to improving overall agility and improved play. Access to the proper equipment is an important part of an effective training program. At Beckley Prep we are committed to our strength training program.
BASKETBALL SKILLS TRAINING
Customized training tailored to match each player's needs. Daily skill work in all areas of the game in order to maximize the player's game performance. Access to top level equipment and training aids will allow our players to become better players and to enhance their areas of strength.
